Paddy and Liam asked the huntsman to join the dinner with Liam's family at their camp site. There was a scar on the huntsman's face and Paddy asked the huntsman how he got it. The huntsman told the story about the adventure that he had been through. The story about the scar on his face happened three years ago, when the huntsman competed in the hunting competition. In this hunting competition, hunters have to compete in 3 events. The first events was to hunt ten birds in five minutes. The huntsman was the first one to finished. The second events was to hunt a wildcat.
Wildcats were very rare. It took four days for the huntsman to find it. Wildcats came out to hunt for the food during night time. Some of other huntsmans got attacked by the wildcat. But the wildcat was not the reason of the scar on his face. The huntsman had been able to go to the finalist. On the last event, the huntsman have to hunt for a bear. The huntsman camped in the forest and waited for the bear. During the fifth night, he heard a walking sound out side his tent. The sound was louder and it got nearer. He went out side his tent with a knife in his hand. The huntsman walked around to find the reason of the sound. Finally, when to looked at the left side, he saw a giant bear looked at him. He held his knife tight and he started to attack the bear without thinking. The bear scratched his face. His blood started to flow. Other huntsman heard the fighting sound so they came out to helped him, one of them got a gun and killed the bear.
The huntsman was regret about what was just happened. He knew that a man with a small knife could not defeat a giant bear. He attacked a bear without thinking. The huntsman realized how fool he was. He told Paddy and Liam that everyone could make a mistake in life. The mistake tought them that there is a right thing in life. Everyone make mistake so they will learn to avoid the same mistake. Now the huntsman is more careful with his life and hunting. Paddy and Liam realized how terrible they was with Kevin when he killed the rabbit. Kevin made a mistake, everyone could made a mistake. They planned to confront kevin and apologize to him about the reaction that they did after he killed the rabbit.
Paddy and Liam's family went home, barrytown. They were still amazed by the huntsman story. When they arrived home, Paddy saw Kevin walked pass his house. Kevin was still mad with the gang about their attitude toward him. Paddy and Liam confront Kevin an apologize to him. They told Kevin about the huntsman story and they told Kevin that everyone could make a mistake. They talked for a while and they started to understand each other again. Sinbad came out and Kevin apologize to him about the time when he teased Sinbad and made him cried. Everyone became friend again and they become friend forever.
